May 20, 2024 · The only time you'll have to repeat the steps is when you wipe the device and start brand new. I don't have a phone that's stuck on Wi-Fi screen to confirm these steps, but it looks like the solution has been found to keep using BB10 devices forever pretty much. I'm impressed.

May 11, 2024 · I get taken to a screen where I get a spinning globe and drop down menu of wifi options. I can enter my wifi name and password. It appears to be connected, however nothing happens. It stays on this screen. All help options are for when it moves to the next screen, however I can’t even get there.

Usually, just telling the iPad to connect again will fix it. To reset the iPad's Wi-Fi, select the option to deactivate Wi-Fi at the top. Wi-Fi settings will disappear.
