1 day ago · Having trouble accessing Xbox account. When attempting to log in, a new account is created instead. Currently signed in, but worried about losing access if logged out. Recovery process fails, stating gamer tag is invalid and insufficient information is provided. This email is the only one ever used for Xbox and is confirmed as correct on the console.
