Try the Screen Reader for BBID again. Some devices need this (Power button, Vol - button, Vol + button) done a few times before the Screen Reader speaks about BBID.

An issue named Hanging or Crashing apps is noted as not fixed. Then a line below that says Reset hanging or crashing apps is noted as completed. Uninstalled and reinstalled app multiple times.
