Hi , we ran into an issue with a couple of users using (The new outlook) where they need to manually click on View>Sync to see the new incoming emails OR they need to search for the email Item to see it, after the manual syncing the email shows in their inbox.

Feb 11, 2019 · To work around the issue, I use Private navigation. In Safari for instance, you can open a new private window through Command-shift-N. Private windows won't use your cookies, so it won't auto-connect to a different account, and the cookies will be deleted once you close the window, so it won't affect the default account in Safari.
