  6. A. Juno. It's just like normal uni in that you need to do essays (and as you've found some courses have exams). The main difference is that you really have to motivate yourself - there are optional tutorials, but they're about monthly so most of the time you are studying on your own.

  10. I am now sending an email to Open University to complain and see if this is indeed it - no refunds at all. I think when you register for a course you effectively sign a contract which states how much notice you need to give before the course starts for you to get a full refund if you cancel. Unfortunately, I don't think there's much you can do ...
