Mar 18, 2009 · Best thing to do would be to write a letter of complaint, and send it to the supplier's registered head office address. Apr 21, 2011 · I am not the most friendly or sociable of people, even on a good day. Yesterday was a bad day, Jersey plants have upset me now. So I am going to cancel the order and demand a full refund. I am also going to lodge a formal complaint with Trading Standards. I am sure there is some sort of link between them and the authorities on Jersey.

Jun 13, 2013 · We found the half dead, mostly broken plants on return from holiday. I have asked for my £20 back for these & its not forthcoming. I have gone to the Court, but I cant raise a claim in the English small claims court cos they are based in Jersey.

Jul 15, 2012 · Hi all, I ordered two pre planted baskets from Jersey Plants Direct. The advert above the one I choose showed nice chains and decent looking baskets. So I thought I would get the same as the flowers I picked did not show the baskets.
Mar 29, 2011 · You ordered in January and I seem to recall something about a 'first come first served' policy being mentioned somewhere which is obviously nonsense because Jersey Plants told me on the 1st April (!) in that email above that I if I placed an order then, some 3 months after you ordered, I would also receive mine by the same date yours arrived.
Jun 3, 2008 · I now buy plugs from Jersey Plants Direct, 100 plus 60 free, for either £9.99 or £10.99 depending on variety. I actually think each plant bought is cheaper than each indivudal seed in a packet, and very few failures. And I don't have anything to do with JPD either! Cheers
