Jun 6, 2007 · Distinguished. Try 'wipe handheld' - options / security options / general settings / menu / wipe handheld / "blackberry". Am not sure if this will reset the device itself to factor settings, but it would not harm to try. Alternatively, reload the O.S. 06-06-07 03:03 PM.
Mar 20, 2024 · First, you need an autoloader. Download the corresponding one for your device here: BB10 Autoloaders. Turn off your device, plug it into your computer and run the autoloader. It'll do its job and you should be at the setup screen!

Jun 8, 2022 · Found a download that when you download, extract and run - then pull the battery from the BB , plug into PC and then put battery in, it will reload the software effectively removing my issue.
