Mar 20, 2024 · First, you need an autoloader. Download the corresponding one for your device here: BB10 Autoloaders. Turn off your device, plug it into your computer and run the autoloader. It'll do its job and you should be at the setup screen!

If there are issues with the wireless connections on your BlackBerry smartphone, you can reset the network settings to default. This will reset all the network settings for Wi-Fi, mobile data and Bluetooth.
1. On your computer, open BlackBerry Link. 2. Connect your device to your computer using a USB cable. 3. At the side of the BlackBerry Link window, click your device. 4. Do one of the following: • On a Windows computer, click Back Up & Restore. Click Factory Reset. • On a Mac computer, click BlackBerry Link > Preferences. Click Reload > Reload.
