Open | Software. Can't login to my windows laptop as I frogot the admin account password. The pin is broken (it says something like "we can't find your pin right now"). If I try to set a new pin it says I have to download some software from the microsoft store. I can't accsess any recovery options or the command prompt without the admin password.
