May 16, 2022 · Also thinking of leaving EE broadband as it’s the basic copper line broadband as you can only get Virgin on fibre, but even for copper it’s only about 14mbps at best and we’re only 900metres from the exchange and the upload seems to be capped at 0.87mbps because we have had lots of power cuts with downstairs sockets tripping the speeds ...

Apr 1, 2020 · Hey there I purchased ee broadband on the 26th and i received an email with the confirmation and everything on it. It also said I will receive another email within 48 hours and a text over the next few days to confirm activation date. However I’ve received nothing and it’s nearly been a week now....

To upgrade and leave ee I waited for 30 mins only to be told no good deals to be done even though I have no functioning wifi at present and have mobile phone and home broadband with ee. to add insult to injury I get an email from ee now saying my (non working ) broadband is going up. I also work in the nhs.
