Feb 2, 2014 · We have now contacted a broker at London and country who has suggested coventry building society to us. Just wondering how much of a chance we have of securing a mortgage with them. I earn £16.5k a year (been employed for over 3 years) and my other half earns £43k a year (been employed at current job for nearly 18 months).

Jun 28, 2023 · I have grabbed the Newcastle Building Society account at 4.3% which tracks the BOE rate by -0.7%. Seems a very decent deal for an unlimited access account, and actually compares well with the Coventry one which would have been 4.5% for up to 4 withdrawals. And at least you have the guarantee it will track the BOE rate.

Does anyone know if there is a limit on how much you can you can transfer in one day from Coventry Building Society? I've looked on the website but can't see if there is a daily limit. I've never transferred any money from my account - only transferred money in.
