  2. Nov 6, 2013 · I performed a security wipe and am going through the set-up process to get it working on my BB-ID. When I get to the "Agreement" screen, it presents a field for country, and a "drop down". The field is blank, as is the drop down menu.

  4. Feb 9, 2012 · If you wiped your PlayBook, you can definitely get it back up and running again in 2023! Go to the instructions in the YouTube video posted above. This will install a BB10 Dev Alpha for the PlayBook. The workaround to get past the setup screens can take a few tries of back and forth.
