Jun 20, 2024 · Check what the recommended/required arrival time is at your departure airport - typically it's 2 hours fir short haul (if you require to check in) to allow for issues etc. You arrived at the airport 1 hour 5 minutes before your flight, not allowing for time to find the desks etc.
Jun 21, 2024 · You can check in just as easily from your phone, via the British Airways app, or a desktop computer. The process of online check-in is just as easy as with any other airline. Just select your booking, then go through all the usual steps until you get your boarding passes.

Check-in desks open two hours before the scheduled time of departure, but it can be less for inter-island flights.
