Mads Bidstrup (born 25 February 2001) is a Danish professional footballer who plays as a midfielder for Austrian Bundesliga club Red Bull Salzburg. Bidstrup is a product of the Copenhagen academy and began his senior career in England with Brentford in 2020.

Mads Bidstrup has joined Red Bull Salzburg on a permanent transfer. The Denmark Under-21 midfielder makes the move to the Austrian side for an undisclosed fee. Bidstrup has been with Brentford since July 2020 and made 14 first-team appearances during his time in TW8.
The 20-year-old joined the Club in the summer of 2020 from German side RB Leipzig, and after impressing in performances for the B Team as well as in the First Team environment, he will now make up part of Thomas Frank’s side ahead of the 2021/22 season.
