If you just deleted the EA folder, you might look in your recycle bin for it. If it's there, select Restore to restore your EA folder. If it's not in the recycle bin you could login to Origin go to Games Library and right-click and select Repair on Sims 4. The folder should re-appear in Documents. The easiest way is to open OneDrive settings and stop the electronic arts folder from syncing and set keep files on this computer. There is a way to move the electronics art folder using the symbolic link but I don't recommend novice users to use this tool unless they really understand it. Reply. 3. + XP.

If you follow the instructions exactly, it should work fine. It's still a good idea to make a backup copy of your Sims 4 user folder (the one in Documents\Electronic Arts) first, just in case something goes wrong. If you're not sure about one of the steps, feel free to ask questions. I don't work for EA.

You will have the option to enter your phone number and have support call you, or talk to someone through live chat. If you pick the calling option, you don't have to hold, you'll just wait until they call you.
There's the contact page which has call me/live chat/ticket options depending on your location and availability.
