7 hours ago · Hi, can a virgin media representative please sort this out for me. I am a virgin media customer, I have been for years. But it seems as though somebody else with the same surname as me has been linked to my email address, I keep receiving her virgin media bills, contract information etc, this is a breach of GDPR I'm sure she wouldn't be happy knowing I have her details.

The username part doesn't actually matter but if you are OK with still using for that then to get it updated as the communication address we can arrange for Sky's messaging team to contact you via here tomorrow if you would like. They can not update the username part though so let us know if you would like this arranged.
