Turn off BLACKBERRY PlayBook, you can check how do that here. Eject SIM Card tray and pull out old SIM Card, check how to do this on BLACKBERRY PlayBook here. Install new SIM Card and put SIM Card tray back into BLACKBERRY PlayBook. Turn on BLACKBERRY PlayBook and phone will automatically download new network settings. Nice!
