Nov 2, 2015 · While at the sign in screen click the ease of access icon (just left of the power icon) and select on screen keyboard Then tap the shift key, it should remain selected. If you select restart while the shift button is pressed the tablet will restart in the recovery (blue) screen. From here you can reset the device.
