Jun 14, 2024 · This is the procedure for resetting the Kwikset 916 lock code: Press and hold the program button. Wait for the checkmark symbol to illuminate. Press the checkmark symbol once. Enter the new lock code/master code. Press Lock. Re-enter the new lock code/master code. Press Lock.
