About Us. St Robert of Newminster Church is a Catholic Church. It lies in the heart of the town of Morpeth, the ‘County Town of Northumberland’. It is situated on Oldgate, just along from the Clock Tower and adjacent to the River Wansbeck. The map at the bottom of the page gives you a more precise location of where we are.
