May 21, 1999 · That being said, because of all the good points which I mentioned above, "Executive decision" is much better than most of action films on the market - and for that reason I simply have to rate it five stars. It is a recommended viewing, still very entertaining even on the second viewing. I will totally keep the DVD. ENJOY!
