Oct 18, 2022 · Yeah it sounds like the phone has already been wiped. Easiest option is to run an Autoloader to install the OS all over, and then leave it alone as the new owner would want to do the setup. But I'd do setup once (see conite's link) and make sure the phone is in working order.
