Bee sometimes (unknowingly) annoys or embarrasses PuppyCat by giving him cute clothes to wear such as his '2 Cute 2 Poot' helmet and her old baby jacket. This can sometimes lead him to be a bit insecure about his appearance, though he does thank her and seems to appreciate the gesture.
Being that Bee and Puppycat is such a creative show, it tends to be host to a number of random events that can be chalked up to fun, cartoony weirdness. However, this makes it difficult sometimes to sus out what is an intentional detail and what is just creative whimsy. One of these ambigious things is Puppycat’s inconsitent contitution.
