During the setup it is stuck in "BlackBerry ID Agreement" page saying "Unable to retrieve the BlackBerry ID Agreement. Setup the country and language". And both the "I do not agree" and "I agree" buttons are disabled not allowing me to proceed further.

There will be no message with a hard reset, the screen just goes black, like doing a battery pull on the phone. I remember when I first started trying it, I thought I had finally done a reset.
