Dec 17, 2008 · BYPASS Nextel Tech Support and call BB Support directly and they can help you. Nextel support have not been trained in the new 8350i yet. It took them 2.5 hours on the phone just to activate my 2 and switch out the new numbers to other exsisting lines/phones and vice-versa (I have 11 lines with Nextel) and I still had to call BB to set up the email.
