"Chico and Rita" is a film I had heard a lot about but what put off by the crude quality of the animation which appeared unfavourable in comparison with the artistry of some of the better Ghibli films or something like "Five centimetre per second" which is visually staggering. As a fan of some animation, I had postponed looking at this effort.
