Then click Copy to clipboard and send the link in an email. The other user will have to click the link and follow the on-screen instructions. Then click Add Computer.
Jan 13, 2019 · All of a sudden, LogMeIn changed my screen resolution at home to 640x480. It used to be something like 1920x1080. LogMeIn has moved all of my program icons, filling the screen. And many of my applications are so compressed that they can't be used. I've tried to follow many of your threads to change the resolution back, and only 640 shows.

May 23, 2024 · The LogMeIn Rescue + Mobile iOS app (from v7.12.32 onwards) provides screen sharing functionality leveraging the iOS Broadcast feature introduced in iOS11. This enables technicians to solve issues on the customer's iOS device outside of the R+M app. When the app is sent to the background, the device screen is still transferred to the LogMeIn Rescue Technician Console.
