To participate in the 12KM Great Eastern Run, you must be 16 years old and above as at the 31st December 2023. There is no age restriction to participate in the 5KM Triple Fun Run, but participants must be able to complete the 5KM distance. All children aged 5 years and above as of the 31st December 2023 must register.
