After about 8 seconds the screen goes blank (black) but the back light can been seen still working. It stays blank for as long as I'm using the treadmill. This unit has no pin reset. It does have HDMI and USB ports. My "guess" is the software is missing or corrupt. I'm "hoping" that the USB port can be used to reinstall the software.
