In the movie Carroll Baker was sexier than Harlow. Poorly done movie with several inconsistencies (I guess these are done to avoid lawsuits.) Harlow died of blood infection from a ruptured gall bladder since her mother refused to get her to a hospital because of her Christian Scientist beliefs.
