moreLooking for a comfortable, relaxing, laid back break? Our fully licensed, four star (Visit Wales) bed and breakfast guest house, enjoys stunning views over Llandudno Bay, the town and Snowdonia beyond and boasts an enviable location close to pier, town and tram station. All 10 rooms are individually decorated and comfortably furnished, with lots of little extras. We offer a well stocked breakfast buffet table and hot breakfast cooked from high quality local bacon and award winning sausages. Our delightful, South facing terrace provides a great location from which to enjoy the views in good weather. Please do note though that our rear rooms do not have a sea view (and are priced accordingly) these are rooms 4,6,10 & 11. They do have use of our guest lounge and terrace which both have stunning views. We look forward to giving you a warm welcome to our home. The Hotel Inspector called Two years ago we achieved our 4 star rating. Visit Wales inspect every 2 years so we have just had a return visit. June 2017...Visit Wales Bi-annual Re-inspection: The hotel inspector said he could not think of one thing to say to tell me how to improve things, he said I was doing a great job, everything was lovely and just to keep doing more of the same.less
