more***Please check our Website and Social Media for additional Open Days.**** The Bournemouth Natural Science Society (BNSS) is a registered charity whose aims have little changed since its formation in 1903: to promote study, interest and enjoyment in all branches of the Natural Sciences and History. The Society runs an extensive programme of events throughout the year, including lectures, museum open days, exhibitions, study groups, field meetings, cultural visits and social activities. We are open most Tuesdays from 10:00am to 4:00pm (last entry 3:30pm). We also have additional Open Days around school holidays, please see our website for dates in advance: https://bnss.org.uk/less

  Visited this place for the 1st time whilst on a short break to Bournemouth and absolutely loved it....very quirky. No admission fee... there is option to make a donation. Got to hold a small... more

  Such a gem. Jam packed with stuffed animals and artifacts. Incredibly knowledgeable and helpful staff - really keen to answer questions. Little gift shop with very reasonably priced bits and bobs.... more
